Key Commercial Terms1

  • Funding up to $500,000 (Typically property values between $0.5m – $10m)
  • One to three years term
  • Funding repaid from an agreed percentage of monthly rent receipts
  • We do not charge interest
  • Fixed monthly administration fee of 0.825% (9.9% pa) of the funding value
  • Low upfront establishment fee; typically 2% of the funding value
  • Limited recourse to the landlord
  • No Impact on landlord’s credit assessment/ generally no personal guarantees
